above is a link to an article that when i read i just about fell on the floor (maybe that's how i hurt my back....). after so long of Microsoft threatening people about patten lawsuits (remember a few years ago when ms and novell singed the will not sue customers pact, and MS saying that they could sue linux users because linux infringes on ump-tine pattens that they have but never told anyone what they were) ms is being sued for infringing on a patent on they a way of opening XML files. to give you my true opinion on this i think it is stupid for a number of reasons as in the next link points out the way MS can get around this, but it is still funny. this is just my opinion but feel free to tell me if im wrong.
This last article is on why this ban wont hurt users (because they may have to use something that doesnt require refinancing there house and selling there first born...... sorry thats not what the article says but i think it should)
